WAIT ON THE LORD

 

WAIT  ON  THE  LORD
 
I’ll trust in you Lord
And always love you
For in my heart
I know you love me too
 
All you went through
You did it for me
Taking on our sins and infirmities
So we could be free
 
I don’t know why
You haven’t answered me
But I’ll wait on you Lord
I know my prayers You receive
 
I don’t know the day or hour
But I know You’ll come through
And heal this broken body
For I know Your word is true
 
² Have mercy on me, O Lord, for I am weak;
O Lord, heal me, for my bones are troubled.
³ My soul also is greatly troubled;
But You, O Lord—how long?

I wait for the Lord, my soul waits,
And in His word I do hope.

But He was wounded for our transgressions,
He was bruised for our iniquities;
The chastisement for our peace was upon Him,
And by His stripes we are healed.

GOD THEY BLAME

GOD  THEY  BLAME
 
When things go wrong
They will loudly exclaim
Things didn’t go their way
So it’s God they blame
 
But when dangerous times come
Its God they cry out to
But once the danger passes
With God they are through
 
They rejected God’s Son
So they’re the only ones to blame
And for their sinful lives
They’ve showed no shame
 
They think they’ll get to heaven
Its gate they’ll pass through
But when they stand before Jesus
It’s you He never knew
 
Only through Jesus
Will we enter heavens gate
Know without Him
You sealed your own fate

WOLF IN SHEEP’S CLOTHING

WOLF  IN  SHEEP’S  CLOTHING
 
Know without Jesus
Satan has a hold on you
He’ll lead you his way
To all sins you pursue
 
Without God’s word
You’ll believe his lies
A wolf in sheep’s clothing
Is his disguise
 
His false teachers and preachers
Say God made you this way
Trying to justify their sins
As they lead you astray
 
For the lust of the flesh
They’ve changed God’s word
Not reading a true bible
God’s truth you never heard
 
 
¹³ For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming
themselves into apostles of Christ. ¹⁴ And no wonder! For Satan
himself transforms himself into an angel of light. ¹⁵ Therefore it is
no great thing if his ministers also transform themselves into ministers
of righteousness, whose end will be according to their works.

AS DAYS UNFOLD

AS  DAYS  UNFOLD
 
I do all I can do
All by God’s grace
Even climbing a ladder
Held in His embrace
 
Yes there are limits
God always lets me know
The things I can’t do
And should hirer a pro
