WHICH  JESUS
 
Which Jesus do you follow
The one of the bible
Who washed our sins away
So there’s no reprisal
 
Or is the Jesus you follow
The one you made up
So you can continue to live
A life that’s corrupt
 
They say come as you are
God made you that way
Ignoring God’s true word
They lead you astray
 
They’re deceived and deceivers
Living in their sin
Twisting God’s true word
Satan’s lies they spin
 
Only the True Jesus
Can open up your eyes
So you won’t be deceived
By false teachers lies
 
But evil men and impostors will grow worse
and worse, deceiving and being deceived.
2 TIMOTHY 3:13
 
Destructive Doctrines
But there were also false prophets among the people, even as there will be false
teachers among you, who will secretly bring in destructive heresies, even denying
the Lord who bought them, and bring on themselves swift destruction.

SPEAK  WITH  AUTHORITY

The words I can’t
I realized those words
Makes God’s word irrelevant
 
The gift Jesus sent us
His spirit who now live in me
It’s not by my spirit but His
So speak it with authority
 
Buy faith we are saved
Believing all Jesus did
But His spirit and His gifts
Inside us we hid
 
I can only imagine
If His people would show
The gifts of His Spirit
How God’s church would grow
 
 
That good thing which was committed to you,
keep by the Holy Spirit who dwells in us.
