DEAR JESUS

DEAR  JESUS

 

It’s  your  presence  I  feel

It  wraps  around  me

To  be  in  your  presence

I’m  longing  to  be

 

I’m  so  grateful  you  know

You  sent  Your  Spirit  to  me

To  fill  me  with  Your  love

Till  it’s  You  that  I  see

 

I  love  You  so

And  I  know  Your  with  me

But  it’s  Your  loving  face

I’m  longing  to  see

 

It’s  life  that  You  promised

And  You’d  come  back  for  me

I’ll  look  to  the  clouds

Till  Jesus  I  see

 

Then we who are alive and remain

shall be caught up together with

them in the clouds to meet the Lord

in the air.  And thus we shall

always be with the Lord.

DON’T BE DECEIVED

DON’T  BE  DECEIVED

 

Have  you  read  God’s  word

He  calls  it  a  sin

Now  in  God’s  house

You’ve  welcomed  sin  in

 

For  homosexual  marriages

And  abortions  you  stand

Now  this  sin  is  spreading

All  over  this  land

 

It’s  the  lust  of  the  flesh

That’s  what  they  seek

To  stand  on  God’s  side

They  say  that’s  for  the  weak

 

They’ve  turned  against  God

His  love  and  His  trust

It’s  the  world  they  love

And  it’s  sin  they  lust

 

Do  you  hear  their  words

What  lies  they  weave

With  those  silver  tongues

They  use  to  deceive

 

The  church  is  God’s  house

Where  no  sin  can  stand

It  won’t  be  long  now

His  judgment’s  at  hand

 

Do you not know that the unrighteous

will not inherit the kingdom of God?

Do not be deceived. Neither fornicators,

nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor homosexuals.

nor sodomites. 10  nor thieves, nor covetous, nor

drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners

will inherit the kingdom of God.

TIME IS NEAR

TIME  IS  NEAR

 

With  evil  in  this  world

There’s  nothing  I  will  fear

God  gave  me  His  full  armor

And  He  said  the  time  is  near

 

I’m  His  child,  He’s  my  Father

By  His  side  I’ll  always  be

I’m  safe  and  loved  by  Him

He’ll  always  care  for  me

 

I  know  He’s  always  there

He’ll  never  leave  my  side

He  sent  His  loving  Jesus

He  said  you’ll  be  His  bride

 

How  my  Father  loves  me

He  chose  me  for  His  own

He  said  He’s  sending  Jesus  back

And  then  I  can  come  home

 

7 “Let us be glad and rejoice and give Him glory,

for the marriage of the Lamb has come, and His wife

has made herself ready.” 8 And to her it was granted

to be arrayed in fine linen, clean and bright, for the

fine linen is the righteous acts of the saints. 9 Then he

said to me. “Write: Blessed are those who are called to the

marriage supper of the Lamb!’”  And he said to me,

“These are the true sayings of God.”

MY BRIGHT SHINING LIGHT

MY  BRIGHT  SHINING  LIGHT

 

I  was  a  prisoner  of  darkness

But  Jesus  opens  all  doors

He  broke  the  chains  of  death

God  forever  I’m  yours

 

When  He  sent  His  Son  Jesus

Freedom  came  into  sight

He  taught  me  God’s  word

He’s  my  bright  shining  light

 

I’m  a  child  of  God’s

And  I’ll  always  be

When  I  hear  His  voice

I  know  I  am  free

 

He  freed  me  from  sin

When  He  took  my  place

Now  He  shines  in  heaven

For  the  whole  human  race

 

Jesus  is  the  only  light

That  can  set  you  free

To  be  a  child  of  God’s

For  eternity

 

For you were once darkness,

but now you are light in the Lord. 

Walk as children of light.

EPHESIANS  5 : 8

 

But you are a chosen generation, a royal

priesthood, a holy nation, His own

special people, that you may proclaim

the praises of Him who called you out

of darkness into His marvelous light.

HOW NEAR WE ARE

HOW  NEAR  WE  ARE

 

They’re  dropping  bombs

And  there’s  rumors  of  war

When  Jesus  calls

Will  you  be  ready  to  soar

 

You  can  see  the  evil  spreading

It’s  landing  every  where

Families  turn  against  families

There’s  something  in  the  air

 

God  told  us  what  to  watch  for

Famine  and  disease

As  the  lightning  flashes  east  to  west

Jesus  we  will  see

 

The  gospel  can  be  spread  around

With  the  use  satellites

Once  that  job  is  done  for  God

The  end  will  be  in  sight

 

It’s  time  to  ask  yourselves

Will  you  be  ready  to  go

Will  Jesus  call  you  to  the  clouds

Or  leave  you  down  below

 

”And you will hear of wars and rumors

of wars.  See that you are not troubled;

for all these things must come to pass,

but the end is not yet.

the nations, and then the end will come.

HOW CAN I

HOW  CAN  I

 

How  can  I  forgive

The   things  that  they’ve  done

My  heart  has  been  broken

And  not  just  by  one

 

But  who  have  I  hurt

With  the  words  that  I’ve  said

My  mouth  opened  with  anger

I  should  have  been  silent  instead

 

Now  I  think  of  God

And  how  He  forgave  me

I  was  so  undeserving

Yet  His  mercy  I  see

 

For  God  opened  my  eyes

As  He  forgave  what  I’ve  done

He  said  you  do  the  same

You  must  forgive  everyone

 

bearing with one another, and forgiving

one another, if anyone has a complaint

against another; even as Christ forgave

you, so you also must do.
