  When  you  started  to  write

Did  you  foresee

Were  you  and  God

Thinking  of  me

 

You  wrote  to  the  churches

God’s  message  to  see

Did  you  know  at  that  time

It  would  be  needed  by  me

 

For  the  love  of  Jesus

You  taught  and  preached

Did  you  know  how  many

In  the  world  you  reached

 

Know  that  your  letters

Are  preached  year  after  year

We’re  still  learning  from  them

And  still  hold  them  so  dear

 

You  sowed  on  good  soil

Now  the  harvest  draws  near

See  the  fruit  of  your  labors

When  Jesus  appears

FREE FROM FEAR

FREE  FROM  FEAR

 

You  can  look  at  the  sun

It  shines  so  bright

And  on  gloomy  days

We  still  see  its  light

 

But  when  night  comes

Its  light  disappears

Darkness  surrounds  us

With  all  its  fears

 

It  gives  us  feeling

All  comes  to  an  end

But  then  gives  hope

Rising  again

 

God  gave  one  sun

That  lights  our  day

Also  one  Son

That  lights  our  way

 

The  sun  reminds  me

What  Christ  did  for  me

He  died  then  rose

To  set  captives  free

 

By  accepting  Christ  Jesus

I’m  free  from  all  fears

In  God’s  true  light

Darkness  disappears

 

I sought the Lord, and He heard me,

And delivered me from all my fears.

Now  wants  them  band

 

They’re  using  our  laws

To  steal  our  rights

They’re  taking  God

From  our  sights

 

The  verbal  attacks

Have  now  begun

They’re  after  Christians

Each  and  everyone

 

We  know  who  they  serve

As  they  lend  Satan  a  hand

They  want  God  out

They’ve  taken  their  stand

 

No  morals  no  values

The  truth  they  distort

What  once  was  evil

Now  they  support

 

But  their  time  is  short

Jesus  God  will  send

Bringing  their  evil

To  an  end 

 

“Therefore rejoice, O heaven, and you

who dwell in them!  Woe to the

inhabitants of the earth and the sea!

For the devil has come down to you,

having great wrath, because he

knows that he has a short time.”

I  didn’t  realize

When  surfing  my  set

On  the  channel  I  stopped

It  was  God  I  met

 

After  two  weeks

I  began  to  see

That  what  they  had

I  wanted  in  me

 

Through  Christ  Jesus

We  have  reconciled

Once  an  atheist

Now  God’s  child

 

With  a  push  of  a  button

I  began  a  new  start

That’s  why  Christian  television

Holds  a  place  in  my  heart

 

“But you shall receive power when

the Holy Spirit has come upon you;

and you shall be witnesses to Me in

Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria,

and to the end of the earth.”

You  never  cease  to  amaze  me

And  I’m  sure  you  always  will

For  you  know  there  are  those  days

When  you  are  quite  a  pill

 

But  what  I’ve  seen  this  day

As  life  throws  a  stumbling  block

This  gentle  soul  I  know

Now  becomes  the  rock

 

You  bring  comfort  and  songs

To  those  around  you

Jesus  shines  through  your  eyes

In  all  that  you  do

 

As  the  days  go  by

Know  your  never  alone

THEY’LL PERSECUTE YOU

THEY’LL  PERSECUTE  YOU

 

No  morals  no  values

Their  hearts  grow  cold

Taking  pride  in  their  sin

They  parade  so  bold

 

With  the  evil  they  do

As  they  carouse  about

They  scream  and  cry

They  want  God  out

 

And  not  just  God

It’s  also  you  too

Follow  Christ  Jesus

They’ll  persecute  you

 

In  these  perilous  times

Their  sin  is  ablaze

We  know  by  this

These  are  the  last  days

 

1 But know this, that in the last days

perilous times will come: 2 For men will

be lovers of themselves, lovers of money,

boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient

to parents, unthankful, unholy, 3 unloving,

unforgiving, slanderers, without self-control,

brutal, despisers of good, 4 traitors,

headstrong, haughty, lovers of pleasure

rather than lovers of God.
