IT’S NOT TO LATE

IT’S  NOT  TO  LATE

Your time you wouldn’t give

Your life you wouldn’t share

Now that they are gone

You act as though you care

You can get a memorial

Have their name engraved

No matter what you do

Relationships can’t be saved

Now it’s too late

You waited to long

There’s no way to say

Sorry I was wrong

So while there’s still time

It’s God you should seek

He forgives and gives peace

Don’t wait till next week

For the day will come

And Jesus we’ll face

He’ll welcome us in

To God’s heavenly place

We’ll see them again

When all have risen

For in heaven we know

All is forgiven

In My Father’s house are many mansions;

if it were not so, I would have told you.

I go to prepare a place for you.

JOHN 14:2

If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just

to forgive us our sins and cleanse us

from all unrighteousness.

THE LOST

THE  LOST

Thank God it’s not

Left up to men

For our salvation

Or we’d all be condemned

The more technology man gets

The more superior he feels

He’s turned his back on God

With the devil now he deals

You can see it in their faces

How angry they’ve become

No longer seeking God

Turning their hearts numb

They’ve become so lost

They can’t even see

That the path they take

Leads for eternity

Jesus didn’t come to condemn

He came to save the lost

If you don’t turn back to God

Your soul will be the cost

For what profit is it to a man if he gains the whole world,

and loses his own soul? Or what will a man

give in exchange for his soul?

MATTHEW 16:26

“For the Son of Man has come to

save that which was lost.

MATTHEW 18:11

GOD CHOSE ME

GOD  CHOSE  ME

There are some churches

That wouldn’t accept me

They say I must quit

I’m a smoker you see

But gambling’s OK

And they gossip and chat

I’ll trust God’s judgment

He’s better than that

God said come as you are

But sin no more

His commandments I’ll follow

To His heavenly door

He said do this for Me

When He woke me one night

These are my messages

I want you to write

I know I’m not perfect

But God chose me

I’ll serve and obey Him

Not man you see

You did not choose Me, but I chose you and

appointed you  that you should go and bear fruit,

and that your fruit should remain, that whatever you ask

the Father in My name He may give you.

JOHN 15:16

Do not grumble against one another, brethren, lest you

be condemned. Behold, the Judge is standing at the door!

JAMES 5:9

AS SYMBOLS GO

AS  SYMBOLS  GO

As symbols go

I won’t be deceived

I know I’m saved

In Christ I believe

He died on the cross

My life He won

The cross is a symbol

Of all He’s done

So many wear it

Around their neck

They lie and cheat

The symbol they wreck

You decorate the outside

With what ever you dare

Remember it’s your heart

He’ll judge so fair

Jewelry can’t save you

Only Jesus Christ can

He’s been saving souls

Since time began

The symbol we wear

In our heart we embrace

A gift from God

Saved by His grace

Then the Lord said to him, “Now you Pharisees

make the outside of the cup and dish clean, but

your inward part is full of greed and wickedness.

LUKE  11 : 39

For by grace you have been saved through faith,

and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God,

LIVING WATERS

LIVING  WATERS

Your to busy to see

Time’s running out

Your soul is on empty

It’s as dry as a draught

Jesus said come to me

In Me you’ll never thirst

I’ll fill the empty place inside

Till you feel that you could burst

Hurry now don’t put Him off

He’s counting His He knows

He’ll know if you belong to Him

Through your soul it shows

The only thing you have to do

Is ask and you’ll receive

But know that in your heart

In Him you must believe

He is the living waters

That flows inside of me

Ask and I will tell you

How this water set me free

“but whoever drinks of the water

that I shall give him will never thirst.

But the water that I shall give him

will become in him a fountain of water

springing up into everlasting life”

JOHN 4:14

GOD’S HELPING HANDS

GOD’S  HELPING  HANDS

The burdens of this world

Lay them at His feet

Come to Jesus and believe

All our needs He’ll meet

If you’ll only love each other

That’s the place to start

For when you think of others

It lightens up your heart

You are God’s helping hands

To serve the Lord and give

Reaching out to others

You show them He still lives

So tell all who you meet

There is a mercy-seat

When you come to Jesus

Place your burdens at His feet

When God abides in you

You live the life God planned

Be there for one another

To lend God’s helping hand

Being one with Jesus Christ

He lives within your heart

He knows His love abides in you

If you did our part

Cast your burden on the Lord, And He shall sustain you;

He shall never permit the righteous to be moved.

PSALM 55:2

But whoever has this world’s goods, and sees his

brother in need, and shuts up his heart from him,

how does the love of God abide in him?

1 JOHN 3:17

UNDERSTAND

UNDERSTAND

They read God’s word

Do they know what it means

A mindless chant

That’s what it seems

They need to know

The sense of God’s word

That when you read it aloud

That you’ve also heard

It’s important that people

All understand

Make sure you reach them

With God’s command

It’s all right to repeat

When there’s a lesson to learn

As learn God’s word

It’s His love that you’ll earn

The bible’s God’s truth

Not just an ornament

For Jesus is the word

He’s a living testament

So they read distinctly from the book,

in the Law of God; and they gave the sense,

and helped them to understand the reading.

NEHEMIAH 8:8

1 In the beginning was the Word,

and the Word was with God,

and the Word was God.

2 He was in the beginning with God.

JOHN  1 : 1, 2
