PRECIOUS  GIFT

 

Being  born  again

What  a  precious  gift

Jesus  said  to  me

All  my  sins  He’ll  lift

 

To  start  this  day  a  new

Like  being  born  again

God  erased  all  from  His  memory

A  new  creation  without  sin

 

Now  each  day  I  go

I’ll  try  to  do  it  right

But  if  a  sin  slips  out  of  me

God  brings  it  to  the  light

 

God  said  He’s  always  faithful

My  sin  He  will  forgive

As  long  as  I  confess  to  Him

Through  Jesus  I  will  live

 

“For I will be merciful to their unrighteousness,

 and their sins and their lawless deeds

I will remember no more.”

HEBREWS  8 : 12

 

Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new

creation;  old things have passed away;

behold, all things have become new.

GIVE A LITTLE TIME

GIVE  A  LITTLE  TIME

 

Give  love  to  the  unlovable

For  we  were  once  one

Still  God  gave  His  love  to  us

That  day  our  soul  He  won

 

There  are  people  out  there

We  wouldn’t  give  our  time  to

Whether  we  know  them  or  not

For  the  things  they  do

 

Do  you  think  God  will  see

A  difference  in  our  sin

His  love  He  always  gave  to  us

Before  we  came  to  Him

 

So  give  a  little  time  to  them

Don’t  just  you  walk  away

They  may  become  God’s  greatest

When  they  come  to  Him  one  day  

 

For there is no partiality with God.

ROMANS 2:11

 

Let them do good, that they be rich

in good works, ready to give, willing

to share, 19  storing up for themselves

a good foundation for the time to come,

that they may lay hold on eternal life.

ON GOD’S MIND

ON  GOD’S  MIND

 

Caught  up  in  what  I’m  doing

God  doesn’t  enter  my  mind

How  could  I  think  I’d  do  it  right

When  I’ve  left  God  behind

 

Sometimes  I’m  not  aware

But  God’s  aware  you  see

For  that  moment  I  forgot

He’s  living  inside  of  me

 

I  feel  such  joy  to  know

That  I’m  always  on  God’s  mind

He  always  help  me  through

He  won’t  leave  me  behind

 

As  forgetful  as  I  am

It’s  always  nice  to  know

That  there’s  a  God  in  heaven

Who  cares  and  loves  me  so

 

But I am poor and needy;

Yet the Lord thinks upon me.

You are my help and my deliverer;

Do not delay, O my God.

CONDEMNING WORDS

CONDEMNING  WORDS

 

God I  know  I  shouldn’t  smoke

But  they  make  it  seem  so  dirty

When  I  hear  those  condemning  words

They  make  me  feel  unworthy

 

They  can’t  see  all  You’ve  done  in  me

The  life  and  joy  You  gave

They  judge  me  and  condemn  me

As  if  only  they  can  save

 

Dear  God  I  don’t  understand

Why  they  feel  the  need

To  take  this  seed  You’ve  planted

And  pull  it  like  some  weed

 

They  need  to  know  they’re  stealing

The  love  and  joy  God  gives

And  not  just  stealing  from  me

From  Jesus  who  in  me  lives

 

“The thief does not come except to

steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have

come that they my have life, and that

they may have it more abundantly.

At that day you will know that I am in My Father,

and you in Me, and I in you.

AN ORPHAN

AN  ORPHAN

 

They  went  to  be  with  You

God I  must  admit

I  feel  just  like  an  orphan

And  don’t  know  where  I  fit

 

My  parents  were  a  part  of  me

Now  a  piece  of  me  is  gone

God  come  and  fill  the  empty  place

So  living  won’t  seem  wrong

 

The  loss  is  overwhelming

How  will  I  survive

Not  in  flesh  but  spirit

Knowing  they’re  still  alive

 

Now  Jesus  said  I  live  in  you

And  all  who  do  believe

I  conquered  death  and  you  will  see

They’ve  been  living  here  with  Me

 

God  said  you  are  my  children

I’ve  prepared  a  place  for  you

Don’t  let  your  heart  be  troubled

One  day  you’ll  be  here  too

 

“Let not your heart be troubled;  you  believe in God,

believe in Me. 2  “In My Father’s house are many

mansions; if it were not so, I would have  told you.  I

go to prepare a place for you. 3  “And if I go and prepare a

place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself;

that where I am, there you may be also. 4  “And where

I go you know, and the way you know.”

All  life’s  little  problems

The  aching  pains I  feel

I  hate  to  come  and  bother  You

I  believe  with  them  I’ll  deal

 

Lord  I  never  asked  you  for

The  little  things  in  life

Now  they’ve  all  piled  up

I’m  drowning  in  this  strife

 

Where  did  I  get  this  thinking  from

To  deal  with  all  this  stuff

I  know  You  are  the  only  one

With  all  things  I  can  trust

 

Now  I  finally  realized

You  have  power  over  all

You  can  deal  with  my  problems

Whether  great  or  small

 

casting all your care upon

FORGIVE

FORGIVE

 

If  you  want  God’s  forgiveness

You  must  do  the  same 

When  you  stand  in  judgment

You’re the  only  one  to  blame

 

God  sent  His  Son  Jesus

   He  died  in  your  place

So  you  can  be  forgiven

All  your  sins  erased

 

Or  have  you  rejected  God’s  word

And  all  Jesus  went  through

Saying  it  wasn’t  good  enough

For  what  they  did  to  you

 

You  say  that  you  love  Jesus

But  in  your  heart  you  still  hate

Jesus  said  I  don’t  know  you

It’s  Satan  you  imitate

 

“ But if you do not forgive men their trespasses,

neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.

MATTHEW  6 : 15

 

²² Many will say to Me in that day, ‘Lord, Lord,

have we not prophesied in Your name,

cast out demons in Your name,

and done many wonders in Your name?’ ²³ 

And then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you;

depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!’
