THE  SEED  IS  GOD’S  LIVING  WORD

JESUS  CHRIST

Pastors and bible teachers are worth a living wage in their service to the Lord. They were not meant to live in the lap of luxury off God’s children. Always remember the seed is the Word of God, and Jesus is the Word.

⁶ Now godliness with contentment is great gain. ⁷ For we brought

nothing into this world, and it is certain we can carry nothing out.

⁸ And having food and clothing, with these we shall be content.

1 TIMOTHY 6:6-8

Jesus warns us to take heed what we hear. We must always present God’s word as it was meant. There are those who use God’s word to get you to give them your money and they don’t care how they do it. There are pastors who would not give up their lavished lifestyles. Always check out the ministry you would like to support. What salaries do they take, and who on their staff they support, and what it cost them to maintain their jets, rather than use commercial flights. God will search the heart and mind, and know the truth of those who used His Son (His Seed) to exhort money from His children.  

²² Many will say to Me in that day, ‘Lord, Lord, have we not 

prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done 

many wonders in Your name?’ ²³ And then I will declare to them, 

‘I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!’

MATTHEW 7:22-24

I will kill her children with death, and all the churches

shall know that I am He who searches the minds and hearts.

And I will give to each one of you according to your works.

REVELATION 2:23

When God gives, it is not for financial gain, it is for spiritual gain. What gifts of the Holy Spirit are you seeking to gain and for what reason do you seek them? Is it for yourself or for God’s kingdom? For it is how you use God’s gifts that will be measured.

²³ If anyone has ears to hear, let him hear.” ²⁴ Then He said 

to them, “Take heed what you hear. With the same measure you 

use, it will be measured to you; and to you who hear, 

more will be given. 

MARK 4:23-24

7 But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to each one 

for the profit of all: 8 for to one is given the word of wisdom 

through the Spirit, to another the word of knowledge through the 

same Spirit, 9 to another faith by the same Spirit, to another gifts 

of healings by the same Spirit, 10 to another the working of 

miracles, to another prophecy, to another discerning of spirits, 

to another different kinds of tongues, to another interpretation 

of tongues, 11 But one and the same Spirit works all these things, 

distributing to each one individually as He wills.

1 CORINTHIANS 12:7-11

Even so you, since you are zealous for spiritual gifts,

let it be for the edification of the church that you seek to excel.

1 CORINTHIANS 14:12

We should not stray from the simplicity of Jesus Christ. That Jesus died in our place for our sins. He rose from the dead and seated at the right hand of God. Through faith in Him, and repentance we are saved from our sins. Jesus and His disciples did not have anything, they stayed with other believers, who fed them and gave them shelter. When they preach the gospel, they did not ask for anything in return.

⁷ And as you go, preach, saying, ‘The kingdom of heaven 

is at hand.’ ⁸ Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, 

cast out demons. Freely you have received, freely give. ⁹ Provide 

neither gold nor silver nor copper in your money belts,

MATTHEW 10:7-9

² He sent them to preach the kingdom of God and to heal 

the sick. ³ And He said to them, “Take nothing for the journey, 

neither staffs nor bag nor bread nor money; and do not have two 

tunics apiece. ⁴ “Whatever house you enter, stay there, 

and from there depart.

LUKE 9:2-4

But I fear, lest somehow, as the serpent deceived Eve 

by his craftiness, so your minds may be corrupted from 

the simplicity that is in Christ.

1.  Jesus Christ is the Seed, the Word of God.

¹¹ “Now the parable is this: The seed is the word of God.

LUKE 8:11

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word

was with God, and the Word was God.

JOHN 1:1

¹⁶ Now to Abraham and his Seed were the promises made.

He does not say, “And to seeds,” as of many, but as of one,

“And to your Seed,” who is Christ.

GALATIANS 3:16

¹³ He was clothed with a robe dipped in blood,

and His name is called The Word of God.

REVELATION 19:13

2. God sent Jesus (His word, His seed) into the world, that

    it might be saved through Him. God did not send His

    Son, His Word that you may prosper with earthly things,

    but that you prosper with spiritual things, for saving souls

    and spreading the gospel of Jesus Christ. Jesus did not

    even have a home, He depending on others to give Him

    what He needed, and nothing more.

And Jesus said to him, “Foxes have holes and birds of the air have 

nests, but the Son of Man has nowhere to lay His head.”

MATTHEW 8:20

¹⁷ For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the

world, but that the world through Him might be saved.

JOHN 3:17

 If then you were raised with Christ, seek those things which

are above, where Christ is, sitting at the right hand of God. 

² Set your mind on things above, not on things on the earth.

COLOSSIANS 3:1-2

3.     Being redeemed through Jesus we become His seeds, His continued spoken word in the kingdom. We are to spread His seeds, His word, preaching the gospel save others (His fruit) for His kingdom.    

 The field is the world, the good seeds are the sons of the

kingdom, but the tares are the sons of the wicked one.

MATTHEW 13:38

Now may He who supplies seed to the sower, and bread

for food, supply and multiply the seed you have sown and

increase the fruits of your righteousness,

2 CORINTHIANS 9:10

¹⁸ And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, “All

Authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth.

¹⁹ Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing 

them in the name of the Father and of the Son 

and of the Holy Spirit,

MATTHEW 28:18,19

4.     The seed, (God’s word) shall prosper for which God has 

      sent it for, to save the lost. Jesus was not sent for you to 

      proper in coming rich in finance, but rich in spiritual gifts, 

      rich in saving souls (His fruit). There are those who take a 

      verse and change it to receiving wealth. Give us your money 

      and you will receive double back. God is not about money, 

      God is only about saving souls and giving us spiritual gifts. 

      The more measure of seeds (the words of Jesus) you sow, 

      the more fruit you produce, and the more opportunities God 

      will give you to reach others and produce even more fruit. 

      (Saving more souls for His kingdom.)

But these are the ones sown on good ground, those who hear

the word, accept it, and bear fruit: some thirtyfold,

some sixty, and some a hundred.”

MARK 4:20

³⁷ “Judge not, and you shall not be judged. Condemn not, and 

you shall not be condemned. Forgive, and you will be forgiven. 

³⁸ Give, and it will be given to you: good measure, pressed down, 

shaken together, and running over will be put into your bosom. 

For with the same measure that you use, 

it will be measured back to you.”

LUKE 6:37-38

[ Doers—Not Hearers Only ] Therefore lay aside all filthiness and

overflow of wickedness, and receive with meekness the implanted 

word, which is able to save your souls.

JAMES 1:21

5.  There are pastors who are not concerned with the cares, riches, 

     and pleasures of this world. These pastors are examples of 

     a good shepherd.

But he who received seed on the good ground is he who hears

the word and understands it, who indeed bears fruit and

produces: some a hundredfold, some sixty, some thirty.”

MATTHEW 13:23

By this My Father is glorified, that you bear much

fruit; so you will be My disciples.

JOHN 15:8

² Shepherd the flock of God which is among you,

serving as overseers, not by compulsion but willingly, not 

for dishonest gain but eagerly;  ³ nor as being lords over those 

entrusted to you, but being examples to the flock;

1 PETER 5:2-3

6. God’s word always refers to saving souls for His kingdom, not 

    earthly things. The apostles suffered and died to preach the 

    gospel of Jesus Christ. They did not live in the lap of luxury. 

    They worked supporting themselves as they preached the 

    gospel. Preaching was not a job, they did it for the love of 

    Christ. They did not depend on others for their total support 

    on their mission trips. They did it because they loved the Lord 

    no matter how much they suffered.

So, because he was of the same trade, he stayed with

them and worked; for by occupation they were tentmakers.

⁴ And he reasoned in the synagogue every Sabbath,

and persuaded both Jews and Greeks.

ACTS 18:3-4

For you remember, brothers, our labor and toil: we worked

night and day, that we might not be a burden to any of you,

while we proclaimed to you the gospel of God.

1 THESSALONIANS 2:9

⁷ For you yourselves know how you ought to follow

us, for we were not disorderly among you; ⁸ nor did we

eat anyone’s bread free of charge, but worked with labor

and toil night and day, that we might not be a burden to any 

of you, ⁹ not because we do not have authority, but to make 

ourselves an example of how you should follow us.

2 THESSALONIANS 3:7-9

⁸ Therefore do not be ashamed of the testimony of our 

Lord, nor of me His prisoner, but share with me in the sufferings 

for the gospel according to the power of God, 

2 TIMOTHY 1:8

7.  We are to be more abundantly growing and becoming rich in the 

     knowledge of God to save others for Him to harvest at the end 

     of the age.

Let us know, Let us pursue the knowledge of the Lord.

His going forth is established as the morning; He will come to 

us like the rain, Like the latter and former rain to the earth.

HOSEA 6:3

that you may walk worthy of the Lord, fully pleasing 

Him, being fruitful in every good work and

increasing in the knowledge of God;

COLOSSIANS 1:10

that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, 

may give to you the spirit of wisdom and

 revelation in the knowledge of Him,

EPHESIANS 1:17

¹⁸ but grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and 

Savior Jesus Christ. To Him be the glory both

2 PETER 3:18

8. God supplied the seed (His word) to the sower, so the seed 

    (the word) will multiply, producing good fruit, souls saved 

    through the word, (Jesus).  Not money.

⁸ And God is able to make all grace abound toward you,

that you, always having all sufficiency in all things,

may have an abundance for every good work.

⁹ As it is written: “He has dispersed abroad,
He has given to the poor; His righteousness endures

forever.” ¹⁰ Now may He who supplies seed to the sower,

9. God said He would supply our need, according to His riches, 

    (Jesus Christ), not the riches of this world. We are to be 

    cheerful givers and not expect anything in return. You can not 

    buy the gifts of God or His blessings.  

²⁰ But Peter said to him, “Your money perish with you,

because you thought that the gift of God

could be purchased with money!

ACTS 8:20

⁷ So let each one give as he purposes in

his heart, not grudgingly or of necessity;

for God loves a cheerful giver.

2 CORINTHIANS 9:7

10.    There are those who will twist the scriptures for their own purpose. We are to know God’s word so we won’t be deceived by false teachings.

⁷ “Here is the man who did not make God his strength,
But trusted in the abundance of his riches,
And strengthened himself in his wickedness.”

PSALM 52:7

⁴⁵ Then, in the hearing of all the people, He said to His

disciples, ⁴⁶ “Beware of the scribes, who desire to go around

in long robes, love greetings in the marketplaces, the best seats

in the synagogues, and the best places at feasts, ⁴⁷ who devour

widows’ houses, and for a pretense make long prayers.

These will receive greater condemnation.”

LUKE 20:45-47

¹⁶ as also in all his epistles, speaking in them of these

things, in which are some things hard to understand,

which untaught and unstable people twist to their own

destruction, as they do also the rest of the Scriptures.

2 PETER 3:16

¹⁴ But you must continue in the things which you have

learned and been assured of, knowing from whom you have

learned them,¹⁵ and that from childhood you have known the

Holy Scriptures, which are able to make you wise for salvation

through faith which is in Christ Jesus. ¹⁶ All Scripture is given by

inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for

correction, for instruction in righteousness,

2 TIMOTHY 3:14-16

11.  It is my belief that those who teach the prosperity message, do 

       so to justify their wealth, which they receive from you, so while

       you struggle to make a living, they live in luxury on your hard 

       earned money.   

Even so the Lord has commanded that those who

preach the gospel should live from the gospel.

1 CORINTHIANS 9:14

What is my reward then? That when I preach the gospel,

I may present the gospel of Christ without charge,

that I may not abuse my authority in the gospel.

1 CORINTHIANS 9:18

Did I commit sin in humbling myself that you

might be exalted, because I preached the gospel

of God to you free of charge?

2 CORINTHIANS 11:7

12. First and foremost we are to preach the gospel, then we are 

      told to feed the hungry, give water to the thirsty, shelter for 

      the homeless, clothing to the poor, visit the sick and those

      imprisoned. You can do this through your church, on your 

      own, or find a good ministry that does one or all of God’s 

      instructions. But always remember we are to be good

      steward of God’s money and gifts. Always research the 

      ministry you would like to support. Television ministries 

      can be good and some can be misleading, so make sure you 

      know God’s word, so you can be wise in which ministry 

      you wish to support.

³⁵ for I was hungry and you gave Me food; I was thirsty and you 

gave Me drink; I was a stranger and you took Me in; ³⁶ I was naked 

and you clothed Me; I was sick and you visited Me; 

I was in prison and you came to Me.’

MATTHEW 25:35-37

As each one has received a gift, minister it to one another,

as good stewards of the manifold grace of God.

1 PETER 4:10 

Always be aware, we are living in the last days. We are warned that many false teachers will come in the last days to try to deceive God’s children. You must study God’s word for yourself, so you can stand against these false teachings, and warn others. There will also be people who are seeking these false teacher, so they will not feel guilty continuing to live their sinful life.

¹³ For such are false apostles, deceitful workers,  transforming 

themselves into apostles of Christ. ¹⁴ And no wonder! For Satan

 himself transforms himself into an angel of light.

2 CORINTHIANS 11:13, 14

3 But know this, that in the last days perilous times will come: 

² For men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boasters,

proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, 

³ unloving, unforgiving, slanderers, without self-control, brutal,

despisers of good, ⁴ traitors, headstrong, haughty, lovers of pleasure

rather than lovers of God, ⁵ having a form of godliness but

denying its power. And from such people turn away!

2 TIMOTHY 3:1-5

² Preach the word! Be ready in season and out of season.

Convince, rebuke, exhort, with all longsuffering and teaching. 

³ For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine,

but according to their own desires, because they have itching ears,

they will heap up for themselves teachers; ⁴ and they will turn their 

ears away from the truth, and be turned aside to fables.

2 Timothy 4:2-4

NY Governor Anti-Christian Stance

Prohibiting State Funded Or State Sponsored Travel To North Carolina

Governor Andrew M. Cuomo today signed an executive order banning all non-essential state employees from traveling to North Carolina. The reason is that NC has defended the rights of pastors, ministers, and priests not to be forced to marry gay couples, and not to force our children and grandchildren to use bathrooms and changing facilities with transgenders. Governor Cuomo seems to believe that woman do not have the right to protect their children, and that Christians do not deserve the right to stand on their faith or to practice what God requires them to.  To stand by God’s word, not Governor Cuomo’s.  Gov. Cuomo is willing to defend the LBGT and their rights, what about our rights?

WHEREAS, New York State is a national leader in protecting the civil rights and

liberties of all of its citizens;

But NY’s Governor Cuomo does not protect We the People with our God given liberties to practice and live by our faith. As a Christians you have no civil rights according to NY’s Governor Cuomo.

WHEREAS, the state of North Carolina has enacted legislation to bar transgender persons from using bathrooms and changing facilities corresponding to such persons’ gender identities, has excluded sexual orientation and gender identity from that state’s anti-discrimination protections, and has prohibited units of local government from extending such protections to lesbian, gay, bi-sexual, and transgender (LGBT) citizens; 

The government has no right to force people into taking their sexual orientation classes. We the People have the God given right to say no. We stand on God’s word, not yours.This also allows men dressed as women to go into bathrooms and changing facilities with our daughters and grand daughters. The pedophiles will love this one, leaving our daughters and grand daughters just waiting to be their next victim. 

WHEREAS, New York State in 1945 enacted the first state law against discrimination in the nation, which now prohibits discrimination on many bases including age, race, creed, color, national origin, sexual orientation, military status, sex, gender identity, marital status, and disability; 

Creed - an authoritative statement of the chief articles of Christian belief.

We the People see that religious discrimination (Creed) is ignored by Gov. Cuomo. Our rights as a Christian is being attacked all across our country, lead by Governors like Cuomo and the Gov. of Georgia. They allow special interest groups that support them and money their states receive from them to influence their decisions. Will Gov. Cuomo and other Governors be charged as an accessory the first time a pedophile dressed as a woman molests a child in an open bathroom or changing room?

WHEREAS, ensuring that persons are free from discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity is a compelling state sanctioned government interest;

According to Gov. Cuomo, sexual orientation and gender identity over ride We the People’s religious freedoms. He is picking and choosing who the state will protect. He is basically telling Christians you can not stand on God’s word and you definitely can not practice your faith if it is against his chosen people, and he bullies any other state that will not stand with him.

WHEREAS, protecting New York State from inadvertently financing discrimination against protected classes, including sexual orientation and gender identity, is a compelling state sanctioned government interest;

This is and only is about protecting the LBGT, and no one else. We the People are left sitting on the sidelines, or jailed or fined. This is being bullied at its worst. Gov. Cuomo, We the People will not bow down to you, we will only bow down to God all Mighty and Jesus Christ.

Again, it is all about the LGBT and what they want and no one else. Gov. Cuomo will give them what they want over all the people of faith. Why? All because North Carolina wanted to protect the freedoms of We the People of faith.

WHEREAS, in a free society the equal rights of all citizens, including LGBT citizens, must be protected and cherished;

No free society for We the People if you’re a Christians. No protection for you, and certainly you will not be cherished.  What happened to the LGBT’s motto. Be tolerant, accepts us for we are. No tolerance for Christians. No acceptance for those of the Christian faith or beliefs.

WHEREAS, in a free society the will of the many cannot be the basis for discrimination against the few;

What happened to We the People. When our vote counted, but now the judges throw our vote out, and they tell us what we must accept. When we vote, we must demand they obey the voice of We the People. A minority has the right to be respected, but not the right to demand we accept or believe what they demand. In America it was always the vote of the majority that won. Like it or not. Now if you don’t vote the way they want, they cry discrimination.

WHEREAS, it is the policy of the state of New York to promote fairness, protect the welfare of the citizens of the state of New York, and combat discrimination;

New York shows zero fairness towards We the People as Christians and our welfare. Governor Cuomo does not understand that we can not accept gay marriage. It is against God’s word and our faith, which is part of us. We can not separate from our faith. God’s Holy Spirit lives in us. We are one with God. We believe there is only one who can save us, and that is Jesus Christ.  God forgive them, they know not what they do.

NOW THEREFORE, I ANDREW M. CUOMO, Governor of the State of New York, by virtue of the power and authority vested in me by my office, the New York State Constitution, and the Statutes of the state of New York, do hereby ORDER AND DIRECT:

Governor Cuomo, your executive order can not order or direct We the People as Christians to go against God All Mighty. And you can not tell women they do not have the right to protect their children. Whose rights will you take away next?  This is discrimination at its worst. This singles out all We the People of faith, which our country was built on.

Governor Cuomo, this is America, land of the free. Not a dictatorship. You do not have the right to force us to accept what we can not. You don’t have the right to force other states from protecting our rights, even if you won’t.  God Bless America

JESUS OUR HIGH PRIEST

We talk about Jesus as our Savior, as our King, but we seem to have forgotten 

is that Jesus is also our High Priest.  It is only through Jesus can one come to 

the Father. Only Jesus our High Priest can intercede on our behalf.

³⁴ Who is he who condemns? It is Christ who died,

and furthermore is also risen, who is even at the right hand 

of God, who also makes intercession for us.

ROMANS 8:34

For there is one God and one Mediator between

God and men, the Man Christ Jesus.

1 TIMOTHY 2:5

Therefore, in all things He had to be made like His brethren,

that He might be a merciful and faithful High Priest in things pertaining 

to God, to make propitiation for the sins of the people.

HEBREWS 2:17

Our Compassionate High Priest

¹⁴ Seeing then that we have a great High Priest who has passed through 

the heavens,Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our confession. ¹⁵ For we 

do not have a High Priest who cannot sympathize with our weaknesses, 

but was in all points tempted as we are, yet without sin.¹⁶ Let us therefore 

come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy 

and find grace to help in time of need.

HEBREWS 4:14-16

  

²⁴ But He, because He continues forever, has an unchangeable priesthood. 

²⁵ Therefore He is also able to save to the uttermost those who come to God

through Him, since He always lives to make intercession for them.

²⁶ For such a High Priest was fitting for us, who is holy, harmless, undefiled,

separate from sinners, and has become higher than the heavens;

HEBREWS 7:24-26

(The Heavenly Sanctuary) But Christ came as High Priest of the good

things to come with the greater and more perfect tabernacle not made

with hands, that is, not of this creation.

HEBREWS 9:11

When you go into church and look towards the front and see the cross, are you 

showing the respect and honor our High Priest deserves. Unfortunately too many 

churches have removed the cross. It has become just a stage, a place of loud 

music and entertainment. There is no respect for our Savior, King and High Priest.

⁷ In that day a man will look to his Maker,
And his eyes will have respect for the Holy One of Israel.

ISAIAH 17:7

¹⁷ For Christ did not send me to baptize, but to preach the gospel, not with

wisdom of words, lest the cross of Christ should be made of no effect.

1 CORINTHIANS 1:17

For He received from God the Father honor and glory when such a

voice came to Him from the Excellent Glory: “This is My beloved Son,

in whom I am well pleased.”

 2 PETER 1:17

It is only by God’s will that you were created and exist. Jesus gives life only to 

those He wills.

²¹ For as the Father raises the dead and gives life to them, 

even so the Son gives life to whom He will.

visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or principalities or

COLOSSIANS 1:16

“You are worthy, O Lord, To receive glory and honor

REVELATION 4:11

There are those pastors believing they are doing God’s work, but are deceiving 

themselves, for they are not keeping God’s house holy. They know how to use 

God’s word to further there desire of what they want church to be. They tell the 

people what they want to hear, rather than what they need to hear, the truth.

²¹ “Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ shall enter the kingdom 

of heaven,but he who does the will of My Father in heaven. ²² Many will say 

to Me in that day, ‘Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out 

demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?’

²³ And then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from Me, 

you who practice lawlessness!’

MATTHEW 7:21-23

⁸ ‘These people draw near to Me with their mouth,
And honor Me with their lips, But their heart is far from Me.
⁹ And in vain they worship Me,
Teaching as doctrines the commandments of men.’ ”

MATTHEW 15:8,9

⁶ Let no one deceive you with empty words, for because of these things

the wrath of God comes upon the sons of disobedience. 

⁷ Therefore do not be partakers with them.

EPHESIANS 5:6,7

When you go into God’s house, you are coming before Jesus, your High Priest. 

Look around and see for yourself, is this what God intended His Holy Sanctuary 

to sound like and look like. Where is the honor, respect, and fear for are High 

Priest who will judge the living and the dead? For no one living or dead will 

escape His judgment. You will either receive your reward or punishment.

And do not fear those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul.

But rather fear Him who is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.

MATTHEW 10:28

But I will show you whom you should fear: Fear Him who, after He has killed,

has power to cast into hell; yes, I say to you, fear Him!

LUKE 12:5

And He commanded us to preach to the people, and to testify that it is He 

who was ordained by God to be Judge of the living and the dead.

ACTS 10:42

³⁰ For we know Him who said, “Vengeance is Mine, I will repay,” says the 

Lord. And again, “The Lord will judge His people.” 

³¹ It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God.

HEBREWS 10:30-31

Asked yourself why you attend that church. You may say, I like the music and it 

makes me feel good, but you should know it’s not about you. It is about our 

Savior, our Holy High Priest and King. We are in church to praise Him, give Him 

glory, fear Him, and sing psalms to Him.

I will declare Your name to My brethren

In the midst of the assembly I will praise You.

PSALM 22:22

Give unto the Lord the glory due to His name.

Worship the Lord in the beauty of holiness.

PSALM 29:2

 God is greatly to be feared in the assembly of the saints.

And to be held in reverence by all those around Him.

PSALM 89:7

Church is a place for God’s saints, believers to come together. Remember the 

church is the body of Christ. Judgment will come to all people, believers and 

unbelievers.

²² And He put all things under His feet,

and gave Him to be head over all things to the church,

²³ which is His body, the fullness of Him who fills all in all.

EPHESIANS 1:22-23

Sacrificial Service for Christ

²⁴ I now rejoice in my sufferings for you,

and fill up in my flesh what is lacking in the afflictions of Christ,

for the sake of His body, which is the church,

COLOSSIANS 1:24

¹⁰ But why do you judge your brother?

Or why do you show contempt for your brother?

For we shall all stand before the judgment seat of Christ. 

¹¹ For it is written: “As I live, says the Lord,
Every knee shall bow to Me,
And every tongue shall confess to God.”

ROMANS 14:10-12

JESUS WILL COME

COMING  TO  THE  CLOUDS

First there will be the rapture of the church, His saints. This is when Jesus 

Himself will come down to the clouds to call His bride home. This is a joyful 

time that all believers are looking forward to.

looking for the blessed hope and glorious appearing

of our great God and Savior Jesus Christ,

Titus 2:13

¹⁶ For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout,

with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God.

And the dead in Christ will rise first. ¹⁷ Then we who are alive and

remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet

the Lord in the air. And thus we shall always be with the Lord.

¹⁸ Therefore comfort one another with these words.

1 Thessalonians 4:16-18

At the end of the tribulation, Jesus returns to earth with His saints, every eye, person on earth will see Him coming. There will be great mourning, not joy. There are two events, His appearing, and His returning. We know that no Christian would mourn the appearing of Jesus Christ. He is our blessed hope that we are watching for.

Then the sign of the Son of Man will appear in heaven,

and then all the tribes of the earth will mourn,

and they will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds

of heaven with power and great glory.

Matthew 24:30

Behold, He is coming with clouds, and every eye will see Him,

even they who pierced Him. And all the tribes of the earth

will mourn because of Him. Even so, Amen.

Revelation 1:7

Jesus will appear a second time apart from sin to save His bride from God’s wrath to come, not return, but appear.  A pre-tribulation rapture.

¹⁰ and to wait for His Son from heaven, whom He raised from the dead,

even Jesus who delivers us from the wrath to come.

1 Thessalonians 1:10

²⁸ so Christ was offered once to bear the sins of many. To those who

eagerly wait for Him He will appear a second time,

apart from sin, for salvation.

Hebrews 9:28

A  THIEF  IN  THE  NIGHT

Only with a pre-tribulation rapture can Jesus come when no one knows the day or the hour. A thief in the night to the world, but true believers are told to watch for his appearing, which will be a joyful time.

For you yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord

so comes as a thief in the night.

1 Thessalonians 5:2

But you, brethren, are not in darkness,

so that this Day should overtake you as a thief.

1 Thessalonians 5:4

Remember therefore how you have received and heard;

hold fast and repent. Therefore if you will not watch,

I will come upon you as a thief, and you will not know

what hour I will come upon you.

Revelation 3:3

KEEP  WATCH

We are told to always keep watching for our blessed hope and His glorious appearing, not His returning to earth. Those on this earth are so wrapped up in themselves, they can’t watch, let alone see through the darkness that blinds them to the truth.

⁴² Watch therefore, for you do not know

what hour your Lord is coming.

Matthew 24:42

“Watch therefore, for you know neither the day nor the hour

in which the Son of Man is coming.

Matthew 25:13

⁵ You are all sons of light and sons of the day. We are not of the night nor of darkness. 

⁶ Therefore let us not sleep, as others do, but let us watch and be sober.

1 Thessalonians 5:5, 6

“He has blinded their eyes and hardened their hearts, Lest they should

see with their eyes, Lest they should understand with their hearts and turn,

So that I should heal them.”

John 12:40

There are those who mock us for believing in a pre-tribulation rapture. They say if you think you can escape, that is not in the scriptures, but it is. Only through Jesus Christ is one worthy to escape the coming tribulation. Do you really think that Jesus will drag His bride through the tribulation before taking us the heaven.

Watch therefore, and pray always that you may be counted worthy to escape

all these things that will come to pass, and to stand before the Son of Man.”

Luke 21:36

Much more then, having now been justified but His blood,

we shall be saved from wrath through Him.

Romans 5:9

¹⁰ and to wait for His Son from heaven, whom He raised from the dead,

even Jesus who delivers us from the wrath to come.

1 Thessalonians 1:10

Do not be deceived, there are those who say we are already in the tribulation. But remember Jesus said there would always be tribulation in this world. If you read the  book of Revelation, you would know we are not in Thee Tribulation. 

God’s word tells us that Satan is the prince of the air.

² in which you once walked according to the course of this world,

according to the prince of the power of the air,

the spirit who now works in the sons of disobedience,

Ephesians 2:2

We know God cast him out of heaven because Satan wanted to be like God, the Most High. Satan plans to make war against Jesus and His saints and exalt himself above God.

The Fall of Lucifer

¹² “How you are fallen from heaven,
O Lucifer, son of the morning!
How you are cut down to the ground,
You who weakened the nations!
¹³ For you have said in your heart:
‘I will ascend into heaven,
I will exalt my throne above the stars of God;
I will also sit on the mount of the congregation
On the farthest sides of the north;
¹⁴ I will ascend above the heights of the clouds,
I will be like the Most High.’

Isaiah 14:12-14

We can only imagine what great anger Satan will have from the book of Revelation, when he sees Jesus descend to the clouds to claim the dead in Christ and also the living. Souls Satan knows he can never touch. At this point Satan knows his time is short, bringing great wrath down to the earth. Thankfully we are in heaven rejoicing.

Therefore rejoice, O heavens, and you who dwell in them!

Woe to the inhabitants of the earth and the sea!

For the devil has come down to you, having great wrath,

because he knows that he has a short time.”

Revelation 12:12

During the tribulation many will realize that Jesus is the promised Messiah and be saved, their names are written in the Book of Life. These new believers will make a stand against Satan. At this time God grants Satan authority to make war with His saints on earth. But those who worship Satan do not have their names in the Book of Life, they had been blotted out.

“He who overcomes shall be clothed in white garment,

and I will not blot out his name from the Book of Life; but

I will confess his name before My Father and before the angel.

Revelation 3:5

⁶ Then he opened his mouth in blasphemy against God, to

blaspheme His name, His tabernacle, and those who dwell

in heaven. ⁷ It was granted to him to make war with the saints

and to overcome them. And authority was given him over every

tribe, tongue, and nation. ⁸ All who dwell on the earth will worship

him, whose names have not been written in the Book of Life of the

Lamb slain from the foundation of the world.

Revelation 13:6-8

The saints that were raptured before the tribulation will be returning with Jesus at the end, they are coming with Him for battle, when Jesus sets up His kingdom. These saints are referred to as His bride. We are given a description of how the saints will be clothed.

⁷ Let us be glad and rejoice and give Him glory, for the marriage

of the Lamb has come, and His wife has made herself ready.”

⁸ And to her it was granted to be arrayed in fine linen, clean and bright,

for the fine linen is the righteous acts of the saints.

Revelation 19:7-8

¹⁴ And the armies in heaven, clothed in fine linen,

white and clean, followed Him on white horses.

Revelation 19:14

His bride watches, and is always ready, for He will come as a thief in the night, coming to the clouds at an hour you do not expect.

Therefore you also be ready, for the Son of Man

is coming at an hour you do not expect.

Matthew 24:44

And while they went to buy, the bridegroom came,

and those who were ready went in with him

to the wedding; and the door was shut.

Matthew 25:10

¹⁷ Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together

with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air.

And thus we shall always be with the Lord.
