NO TIME

NO  TIME

He  works  and  he  works

But  can’t  get  ahead

He  wishes  he  could

Just  stay  in  his  bed

He  knows  it’s  a  fact

He  knows  that  it’s  true

God  said,  give  it  to  me

Or  work  till  your  blue

All  by  ourselves

We  think  we  can  do  it

Unless  God  lends  a  hand

You  know  you  just  blew  it

You  say  there’s  no  time

For  all  you  need  do

When  will  you  learn

He’ll  do  it  for  you

What  must  God  do

To  get  you  to  trust

He  created  you  all

Just  out  of  dust

He  loved  and  gave

His  Son  just  for  you

All  that  He  told  you

All  that  was  true

Just  give  it  to  God

And  stand  back  and  see

All  that  He’s  doing

For  you  and  for  me

“Come to me, all you who labor and are
