ARE YOU PREPARED

ARE YOU PREPARED FOR ETERNITY ?

Truly, these times of ignorance God overlooked,
but now commands all men everywhere to repent,

For I delivered to you first of all that I
also received that Christ died for our sins
according to the Scriptures, and that He was
buried, and that He rose again the third day
according to the Scriptures.

1 Corinthians 15:3,4

"But go and learn what this means:
“I desire mercy and not sacrifice.”
For I did not come to call the righteous,
but sinners, to repentance.”

Matthew 9:13

In Him we have redemption through His blood,
the forgiveness of sins, according to
the riches of His grace.

Ephesians 1:7

For by grace you have been saved through faith,
and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God,
not of works, lest anyone should boast.

Ephesians 2:8-9

For God so loved the world that He gave His
only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him
should not perish but have everlasting life.

John 3:16

THE NAME OF JESUS
"Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no
other name under heaven given among men
by which we must be saved.”

Acts 4:12

Receiving the end of your faith-the salvation of your souls.

1 Peter 1:9

But as it is written: “Eye has not seen, nor ear heard,
nor have entered into the heart of man
the things which God has prepared
for those who love Him.”

1 Corinthians 2:9

Father In Heaven Hear My Prayer

I believe that Jesus died in my place for my sins
I repent of all my sins
I ask Father forgive me my sins for His sake
Wash me clean in the blood of Jesus
Send Your Holy Spirit to dwell in me
And seal me as Yours forever and
I will serve You and follow Your commands
All the days of my life

This I Pray In Jesus Name

ARE YOU PREPARED FOR THE HERE AND NOW ?

For Snow Storms
Power Outages
Tornados
Earthquakes
Terrorist Attack
For Any Unseen Disaster

In the last snow storm we saw the grocery store shelves
empty out, not only where the storm hit, but also in all
of western New York due to the fact the delivery trucks
could not get through. Are you  prepared if there is a storm,
a disaster, or if hackers take down our power supply?

                                1. Have a support group.

One of the complaints heard from those trapped
in this last snow storm was that they felt all alone.

a.We need a support group of family, friends,
or neighbors that will check up on each
                                     others' well being.

                                 b. Sharing supplies and needed purchases could be
divided up in your group. One may be able to
afford more and one may have a larger storage
place. Another may have a generator to share.

                                 c. One might have a fireplace if you need heat to
keep warm or a gas grill to cook on. Have
                                     extra propane for your grill.

                                 2. Have extra food in the house, at least one months
                                     supply.

                                 a. Buy a little extra food to put in storage when
                                     you go shopping.
                                 b. Know which foods store for long periods of
time and how to prepare them to last for
                                     months or even years.
                                 c. Consider a supply of canned or dried foods
since in a power failure you may not have
                                     refrigeration.

                                 3. Have extra water stored.

                                 a. Use plastic juice or milk bottles washed out
well with soap or bleach to store water.
                                 b. Use only unscented bleach to clean bottles.

                                 4. If you can, always try to keep one month supply of
                                     prescription medication on hand.

Check with your doctor about prescription
medications. Some may allow you to have a 90
day supply. Remember the normal medications
such as aspirin, cold meds, antacids, whatever
your personal needs are as well as a First Aid Kit.

                                 5. Think about what type of tools may be needed.

                                     Flashlights, candles, matches, radio, extra
batteries, fishing supplies, cell phone chargers.

                                 6. Stock up on Personal items you may need.

                                     Rubbing alcohol, witch hazel, peroxide,
laundry, dish and bar soaps, shampoo,
                                     conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels.

                                 7. Provide for Kitchen needs.

                                 a. Disposable plates, bowls, cups, and plastic
                                     utensils, manual can opener.
                                 b. Cooking utensils, pots, pans, coffee pot.
                                     spices, gravy mix.

                                 8. Store extra Cash.

Cash, only bills under $20.00.  Stores may
not be able to give change or use credit
cards if the electric goes out.

                                 9. Maintain your vehicles.

Keep your vehicle's gas tank filled at all
                                     times. No power, no gas.

I don’t think we want to count on the government to
ration out daily provisions  I have seen that not only
local governments did not come to help, but they also
prevented friends from coming to help those trapped in
the snow storm. Do you really want to depend on
government in a disaster?

And there will be great earthquakes in various places,
and famines and pestilences; and there will be
fearful sights and great signs from heaven.

But if anyone does not provide for his own,
and especially for those of his household,
he has denied the faith and is worse than an unbeliever.
