A New Years resolution

It’s as easy as can be

If you plan to get to heaven

Jesus said you come to me

 

Remembering what Jesus did

He did it just for you

He said you come to Me

I’ll make you all brand new

 

He came to save the lost

That’s always been His goal

Ask and you’ll receive

And He’ll renew your soul

 

So as you plan your New Year

Ask what you can do

By serving our Lord Jesus

For all He did for you

 

For what you do to others

Jesus said you did to Me

When you serve your brothers

You’re really serving Me

 

And the King will answer and say to them,

‘Assuredly, I say to you, inasmuch as you did 

it to one of the least of these My brethren, 

you did it to Me.’

With all that’s happening

Where God’s been removed

To have faith in Him

The world disapproved

 

Not God’s commandments

Or His laws to live by

And don’t mention Jesus

Ask yourself why

 

Satan’s the father of lairs

He came to kill and destroy

He knows faith in Jesus

Gives hope and joy

 

Come to Christ Jesus

Hope is God’s promise

to give you a future and a hope.

The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill,

and that they may have it more abundantly.

If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just

to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us

from all unrighteousness.

EASE THIS PAIN

Jesus come fill my heart

I’m asking in Your name

Fill me with Your Holy Spirit

Only you can ease this pain

 

Give me Your strength

And Your love and care

For I know only You

Can save those in despair

 

There are many like me

Who now live alone

Waiting for You to appear

And bring us all home

 

But while still here

We need something to do

Please help us to know

How we may serve You

 

It’s through Your Holy Spirit

Your gospel is preached

Lord guide us and teach us

So those like me are reached

 

I will instruct you and teach you in the way

The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart,

And saves such as have a contrite spirit.

and in your heart” (that is, the word of faith which we preach):

THEY DON’T PRAY

They claim to be Christians

That’s not what they convey

For when you go to restaurants

You never see them pray

 

Caring more what others think

And how you’ll be perceived

Know your silence says it all

God’s word you don’t believe

 

As Christians you should know

God’s word is always true

Jesus said you deny Me

I’ll deny you too

 

You chose not to pray to Him

For man’s praise you prefer

God see your heart and knows

How ashamed of Him you were

 

³³ But whoever denies Me before men, him I will also

deny before My Father who is in heaven.

MATTHEW 10:33

 

³⁸ For whoever is ashamed of Me and My words in this adulterous

and sinful generation, of him the Son of Man also will be ashamed

when He comes in the glory of His Father with the holy angels.”

MARK 8:38    

 

⁶ Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication,

with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; ⁷ and the

peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard

your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.

When you hear a bell ring

They say an angel gets his wings

God gave him wings from the start

He created perfect beings

 

The Christmas bells that ring

It’s Jesus they ring for

God said through His Son

A soul He will restore

 

Christmas is a time

To reflect on who we are

With Jesus in our hearts

He’ll be our guiding star

 

As  you  think  of  Christmas

Don’t forget the reason why

Jesus saved us from our sins

To live with Him on high

 

So when you hear a bell ring

Remember God is in control

For every time that bell rings

He saved another soul

 

He restores my soul;

He leads me in the paths of righteousness

For His name’s sake.

CHRISTMAS ALL YEAR

CHRISTMAS  ALL YEAR

 

Christmas is a time

When you spread a lot of cheer

But what Jesus did for us

Should last throughout the year

 

We celebrate His birth

The honor He deserves

But celebrate all He did

To get your place reserved

 

It’s love that Jesus taught us

Do you feel it in the street

He said now go and share it

With the people you will meet

 

It’s not just another holiday

It’s Christ we celebrate

He died and rose to heaven

He opened heaven’s gate

 

It’s Christmas we enjoy

But it’s Jesus that we love

The joy we get from Christmas

He was sent from God above

 

 

In this the love of God was manifested toward us,

that God has sent His only begotten Son into the world,

that we might live through Him.

1 JOHN 4:9

The media has turned cold

Pushing lies and hate

Only giving one side

Hoping you’ll take their bait

 

Hating President Trump

And the good that he’s done

But that they don’t mention

Not a single one

 

The democrats have fought him

Ever step of the way

They say for the good he’s done

They’ll make him pay

 

They believe they’re gods

And they want your soul

They’ll destroy our country

To gain total control

 

They don’t just want us

They want the whole earth

So ask yourselves

What’s you soul worth

 

²⁶ For what profit is it to a man if he gains

the whole world, and loses his own soul? Or

what will a man give in exchange for his soul?

He sent His Son Jesus

And give daily bread

Through Your only Son

 

It’s through Christ Jesus

That we may live

As we forgive others

Our sins He’ll forgive

Temptations go away

Deliver us from evil

Each and everyday

 

The power and glory

The kingdom is Your’s

It’s through Christ Jesus

Our souls He restores 

 

 He restores my soul; He leads me in the

paths of righteousness, For His name’s sake.

Our Father in heaven,

DISGRACE

 

You turned against God

His commandments and laws

With your evil spreading

His protection withdraws

 

The storms will get stronger

The earth will quake

The economy will fall

And a pestilence outbreak

 

Your future is bleak

If you don’t repent

God’s wrath will come

He will not relent

 

If you refuse to repent

It’s hell you will face

You’ll live for eternity

In torment and disgrace

 

⁷ For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom

against kingdom. And there will be famines,

pestilences, and earthquakes in various places.

You complain about church

Just one hour of a week

And you don’t want to be there

Yet heaven you seek

 

Church in heaven

Is worship and praise

It’s fellowship with others

For the rest of days

 

All of His creatures

Great and small

A time to worship

A time to sing

A time to celebrate

Our heavenly King

 

All the earth shall worship You And sing praises to

You; They shall sing praises to Your name.” Selah

Come before His presence with singing.

so much the more as you see the Day approaching.
