NO SCREAMING NO YELLING

NO  SCREAMING  NO  YELLING

 

If  they  have  God’s  spirit

We  know  they’re  complete

With  love  joy  and  peace

They’re  gentle  and  sweet

 

They’re  faithful  longsuffering

And  willing  to  forgive

Knowing  that  they  are

God’s  representative

 

No  screaming  no  yelling

No  pounding  of  fists

That’s  not  what  God  wants

From  His  evangelists

 

To  shepherd  His  flock

You’re  to  be  like  Christ

And  not  some  entertainer

Or  God’s  wrath  you’ll  entice

 

With  compassion  and  love

You’re  to  share  His  word

So  the  people  will  know

It’s  Jesus  they’ve  heard

 

22 But the fruit of the spirit is love, joy,

peace, Longsuffering, kindness, goodness,

faithfulness, 23 gentleness, self-control.

Against such there is now law.

GALATIANS  5 : 22, 23

 

But when He saw the multitudes, He was moved

with compassion for them, because they were weary

and scattered, like sheep having no shepherd.
