TURN  BACK

 

God asked what have you done

My heart’s ripping in half

You have turned against Me

For the golden calf

 

You want all that glitters

The things you occur

This life without God

Do you really prefer

 

God sees all you do

That you’re selling out

It’s your soul you’re selling

To that there’s no doubt

 

Now open your eyes

And see what you’ve done

When you turn back to God

It’s your soul you’ve won

 

God loves and forgives

He’s waiting for you

But God must come first

In all that you do

 

Therefore, whether you eat or drink,

or whatever you do,

do all to the glory of God.
