Our  garden  in  heaven

God  planted  with  care

The  grass  so  soft

Flowers  everywhere

 

Our  pets  come  running

Joining  family  and  friends

The  joy’s  overwhelming

It  never  ends

 

Our  home  in  heaven

That  Jesus  prepared

We  stand  in  awe

In  how  much  He  cared

 

All  around  us

The  ones  that  we  love

Together  forever

In  God’s  garden  above

Signs  of  the  times

Of  what’s  to  come

I  see  so  many

They  don’t  see  one

 

A  beautiful  spring

The  weather’s  so  fair

Warm  sunny  days

But  be  aware

 

As  the  coldness  returns

There  is  little  concern

They  believe  and  hope

The  summer  sun  will  return

 

Their  hearts  have  turned  cold

To  God’s  truth  they  are  blind

They  don’t  even  realize

They’ll  be  left  behind

 

But  for  us  it’s  a  glimpse

That  God’s  Son  will  appear

It’s  a  sign  of  the  times

Our  Jesus  draws  near

 

1 He answered and said to them,

“When it is evening you say, ‘It will

be fair weather, for the sky is red’;

2 “and in the morning, ‘It will be foul

weather today, for the sky is red

and threatening;  Hypocrites!  You

know how to discern the face of

the sky, but you cannot discern

the signs of the times.

A SEASON OF TIME

A  SEASON  OF  TIME

 

In  the  middle  of  winter

It  felt  like  May

A  glimpse  of  springtime

A  warm  sunny  day

 

This  ray  of  sunshine

Gives  hope  to  some

It’s  just  a  glimpse

Of  what’s  to  come

 

To  my  Jesus

It  reminds  me  of  You

A  Son  shining  bright

That’s  coming  too

 

We  wait  for  the  harvest

As  they  take  root

These  children  of  God’s

His  precious  fruit

 

Soon  You  will  come

I  know  in  my  heart

It’s  just  a  season  of  time

That  keeps  us  apart

 

7 Therefore be patient, brethren, until the

coming of the Lord.  See how the farmer

waits for the precious fruit of the earth,

waiting patiently for it until it receives

the early and latter rain. 8 You also be

patient. Establish your hearts, for the

coming of the Lord is at hand.

A  gift  from  God

He’s  called  to  share

Spreading  God’s  gospel

Through  the  air

 

And  if  you  listen

You’ll  hear  in  the  sounds

The  voice  of  God’s  spirit

As  the  music  surrounds

 

From  one  who’s  blessed

His  gift  comes  through

It  trickles  down

To  me  and  you

 

Have  you  realize  yet

Just  like  Paul

When  God  blessed  him

He  blessed  us  all

 

Yes  he  was  blessed

But  not  for  his  sake

God  did  it  for  you

A  gift  you  can  take

 

So  open  your  hearts

To  God’s  Spirit  submit

Paul  was  blessed  you  know

apostles, some prophets, some evangelists,

and some pastors and teachers, 12 for the equipping

of the saints for the work of ministry, for the

edifying of the body of Christ.

Through  the  great  works

His  Jesus  has  done

The  Father  is  glorified

In  the  Son

 

Now  with  His  Father

God’s  spirit  He  sent

He’ll  dwell  inside  you

A  living  testament

 

All  His  great  works

Greater  works  you’ll  do

For  you  have  God’s  spirit

Working  through  you

 

Ask  in  My  name

And  by  faith  believe

Whatever  you  ask

You’ll  receive

 

12 “Most assuredly, I say to you, he who believes in Me,

the works that I do he will do also, and greater works

than these he will do, because I go to My Father.

13 “And whatever you ask in My name, that I will do,

that the Father may be glorified in the Son.

14 “If you ask anything in My name, I will do it.

BLINDFOLD

 

As  the  world  surrounds  us

With  deceit  and  lies

I’ll  stand  under  Your  wings

You  I’ll  glorify

 

The  truth  they  can’t  see

They  wear  a  blindfold

They  can’t  see  Your  light

Their  hearts  have  turned  cold

 

As  they  deny  Your  existence

Evil  spreads  like  a  flame

In  one  breath  they  deny  You

Then  say  Your  to  blame

 

They  don’t  realize

Only  God  can  protect

Before  His  comes  wrath

His  saints  He’ll  collect

 

8 Keep me as the apple of Your eye;  Hide me under

the shadow of Your wings, 9 From the wicked who

oppress me, From my deadly enemies who surround me.

and to wait for His Son from heaven, whom He raised from

the dead, even Jesus who delivers us from the wrath to come.
