FEELINGS OF LOSS
There comes
a time
To let
them go
You know
it’s right
But your
heart breaks so
All grow
old
Their time
is their own
But know
in the end
All go
home
We wait
for the time
Jesus will
call
All his
creatures
Great and
small
These feelings
of loss
Take time
to grieve
But know
forever we’ll be
On the day we leave
Wait on the Lord;
Be of good courage,
And He shall strengthen your heart;
Wait, I say, on the Lord!
