DON’T  LIVE  IN  FEAR

 

Through God’s Holy Spirit

We live in one accord

If you are living in fear

You’re not living for the Lord

 

He told us of what’s to come

Didn’t you read His word

If you’re living in fear now

He knows you never heard

 

I’d like to blame the shepherds

But God put it in black and white

If you don’t read your bible

You’ll never see the light

 

Jesus said he’s coming

We’ll be caught up to His side

We should have joy and peace

If in His love we abide

 

Jesus said we’re to be lights

His gospel we’re to spread

To shine throughout the world

Not hide under a basket or bed

 

⁷ For God has not given us a spirit of fear,

but of power and of love and of a sound mind.

2 TIMOTHY 1:7

 

¹⁴ “You are the light of the world. A city that is set on a hill

cannot be hidden. ¹⁵ Nor do they light a lamp and put it under

a basket, but on a lampstand, and it gives light to all who are

in the house. ¹⁶ Let your light so shine before men, that they

may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven.

MATTHEW 5:14-16
