THEY  WALKED  OUT

 

When  they  walked  out

The  one  that  we  loved

I  feel  your  to  blame

Seeing  all  from  above

 

I  prayed  every  night

Didn’t  you  hear  my  plea

God  how  could  you  let

This  happen  to  me

 

I  felt  so  deserted

I  just  couldn’t  see

When  they  walked  out

They  also  left  thee

 

I  now  finally  realized

Dear  God  forgive  me

People  come  and  go

But  You  never  left  me

 

Let your conduct be without

covetousness; be content with

such things as you have.  For He

Himself has said, “I will never

leave you nor forsake you.”
