DISOWNED

 

A  family  and  a  home

Was  a  woman’s  dream

With  a  husband  and  children

That‘s  her  dream  team

 

As  God  join  them  together

He  said  you’re  now  one

But  you  want  your  space

Forgetting  what  God’s  done

 

It  use  to  be  family  first

It  was  your  dream  come  true

Now  they  come  in  second  place

To  the  things  you  want  to  do

 

So  now  it’s  all  about  you

You  say  your  happiness  comes  first

Turning  your  back  on  God  and  them

Like  God’s  family  had  no  worth

 

You’ve  forgotten  God’s  the  father

And  one  day  He’ll  call  His  home

But  you  won’t  hear  Him  calling  you

For  God’s  family  you  disowned

 

25    Strength and honor are her clothing;; She shall rejoice

in time to come.  26 She opens her mouth with wisdom,

And on her tongue is the law of kindness. 27 She

watches over the ways of her household, 28 Her children

rise up and call her blessed Her husband also, and he praises

her; 29  “Many daughters have done well, But you excel

them all. ” 30 Charm is deceitful and beauty is passing, But

a woman who fears the Lord, she shall be praised.

31 Give her of the fruit of her hands, And let her

own works praise her in the gates.
