Everyday

I wait for thee

You said you’d come

Jesus come for me

 

Everyday

Is the same routine

I only see the past

Nothing new seen

 

Everyday

I go through the motions

For every day’s a battle

Controlling my emotions

 

But everyday

Is another day with thee

What gets me through each day

Jesus never left me
