WHEN I DREAM OF YOU

 

When I go to bed at night

I try not to cry

I’ll hold you in my heart

I’ll never say good-by

 

I’ll never let you go

You’re such a part of me

So when I fall asleep

It’s you I want to see

 

I’m blessed by God

When I dream of you

To hug and hold hands

Like we use to do

 

I look to the future

When we’re together at last

Then all of my tears

Will be in the past
