GOD’S TRUE CHURCH

 

A church is a place

Where you love and share

With your brothers and sisters

Who should always care

 

We’re there for the good times

And hold you through the bad

We all stand as one

Making God joyful and glad

 

To see His children

All living as one

Knowing they’ll always

Follow His Son

 

Ask others what they see

A building they’ll describe

They can’t see God’s true church

It’s the people inside

 

So now we know why

God said go throughout the land

Give out My gospel and love

So they’ll understand

 

¹⁵ And He said to them, “Go into all the world and

preach the gospel to every creature.

Finally, all of you be of one mind, having

compassion for one another; love as brothers,

be tenderhearted, be courteous;

1 PETER 3:8

 

²² And He put all things under His feet, and gave Him to be

head over all things to the church, ²³ which is His body,

the fullness of Him who fills all in all.
